GlycoWorkbench

GlycoWorkbench is a software tool developed to assist the interpretation of MS data of glycans. The main task of GlycoWorkbench is to evaluate a set of structures proposed by the user by matching the corresponding list of fragment masses against the list of peaks derived from the spectrum. The tool provides an easy to use graphical interface and a broad set of features.

N-Zyme Scientifics

N-Zyme Scientifics is a development and supply company that specializes in enzymes used in Glycobiology-based applications and research in Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, Drug Discovery and Biologics. Their products are especially designed for advanced applications, particularly those using MALDI-Glycan Mass Spectrometry Imaging, UPLC/HPLC, and Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography (HILIC).

Glycosmos

The GlyCosmos Portal is a web portal aiming to integrate glycosciences with life sciences. It consists of standards, repositories and data resources, and provides information about genes, proteins, lipids, pathways and diseases.
